What you will do

• Create conceptual and detailed designs for electronic packaging, including controller layout, interconnects, and cabling.
• Support the manufacturing process for PWBs, CCAs, cabling, and machined components.
• Develop 3D solid models and 2D drawings using NX and Teamcenter.
• Perform thermal, structural, and high-voltage analysis using ANSYS Workbench.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure program success and solve unprecedented engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in designing or testing circuit card assemblies and enclosures.
• Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Elma, NY, Arvada, CO, or Huntsville, AL.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation skills.
