Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Incentive Plan

What you will do

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide custom solutions and conduct product trials.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct 25-30 outbound calls daily to foster client connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Research and source new leads using LinkedIn and other professional tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience managing multiple accounts and technical product lines.
  • High proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in the St. Paul area for hybrid work.
