Location: US MN Minneapolis Office (Hybrid; regular in-office presence required)
Salary: $90,000 annualized on-target compensation (base + annualized commission)

What you will do
- Drive 100% indirect sales lead generation through a prescriptive sales process with logistics and transportation companies in a defined territory.
- Prospect and develop new 3PL partners via email campaigns, networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with Logistics Direct Sales Reps and other SPS sales organizations to align on opportunities and maximize 3PL/carrier wins.
- Build business plans and run internal annual/quarterly business planning, including business reviews with partners.
- Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed indirect quota and manage accurate forecasts and metrics using required tools.
- Document progress and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com and ensure partner-led projects run effectively with Customer Success alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or post-secondary education plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a commission-based hunter sales role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal), including adapting tone/inflection and creating engaging written content.
- Proven sales aptitude and behaviors (bias toward action, resilience, integrity, relationship building, and leadership expectations).
- Ability to translate and communicate business issues and technical information to audiences with varied expertise.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a commission-based hunter sales role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce.com.
