TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Generating qualified sales opportunities by responding to marketing-generated leads, inbound interest, and targeted outbound prospecting with an accent on consultative B2B enterprise software qualification and territory-based prospecting. Focus on building account maps, developing prospecting strategy, and managing high-volume outreach while partnering with Account Executives to uncover new business and grow existing customers.

Location: Irvine, California

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by working marketing leads, inbound interest, and targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create prospecting plans for strategic accounts and drive new business.
  • Manage small deals and renewals within assigned territories.
  • Assess prospects’ business environments and needs, then communicate hirify.global business value.
  • Perform account mapping and develop prospecting strategy for high-volume lead territories.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (50+ dials daily) and manage objections and rejection.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience.
  • Consultative solution prospecting/selling experience.
  • Experience nurturing and qualifying marketing leads.
  • Proven ability to manage a large territory with high-volume leads and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with account mapping and prospecting strategy; ability and willingness to make 50+ dials daily.
