Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by working marketing leads, inbound interest, and targeted outbound prospecting.
- Partner with Account Executives to create prospecting plans for strategic accounts and drive new business.
- Manage small deals and renewals within assigned territories.
- Assess prospects’ business environments and needs, then communicate business value.
- Perform account mapping and develop prospecting strategy for high-volume lead territories.
- Conduct high-volume outreach (50+ dials daily) and manage objections and rejection.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience.
- Consultative solution prospecting/selling experience.
- Experience nurturing and qualifying marketing leads.
- Proven ability to manage a large territory with high-volume leads and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with account mapping and prospecting strategy; ability and willingness to make 50+ dials daily.
