Salary: $162,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with researchers to define data acquisition priorities and timelines aligned with the research roadmap.
• Translate research objectives into clear technical requirements and operational plans.
• Lead vendor and partner engagements, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Establish and maintain metrics for data quality, throughput, and program performance.
• Identify gaps in the data ecosystem and drive initiatives to strengthen acquisition capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or consulting.
• At least 5 years of operating experience within a company.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems.
• Direct experience engaging with executives and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex results clearly.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel to San Francisco for hybrid operations.
