What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Manage project governance using Scrum or hybrid practices to remove obstacles and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, aligning delivery with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Oversee program resources and budgets, optimizing allocation to maximize ROI and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior Project Managers to strengthen delivery, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate milestones and identify opportunities for follow-on work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a professional services organization focused on IT Consulting or Services.
• 3+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• PMI PMP Certification (in good standing) required.
• Certified Scrum Master (in good standing) required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Suite tools.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud Practitioner (CCP) Certification.
