What you will do

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to counselors working toward their LADAC credential.
• Observe, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on clinical skills and ethical practice.
• Maintain supervision documentation and track clinical hours in alignment with Tennessee state regulations.
• Conduct chart audits and provide in-service training to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services for high-risk patient cases.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align supervision goals with organizational needs.

Requirements

• Current Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS) recognized by the TN Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree may be required).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Tennessee state regulatory requirements for clinical supervision.
• Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising counselors in both group and individual settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment.
• Training experience in clinical skills or ethics.
