What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach Specialists.
• Monitor workload distribution and productivity to ensure performance metrics and SLAs are met.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and continuous performance evaluation of team members.
• Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions to optimize queue performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy regulatory requirements and quality standards through audits.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns to maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a data-driven, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and operational complexities in healthcare.
• Expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive process improvement and efficiency.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Pittsburgh, PA with availability for Saturday rotations.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for managing dynamic, high-volume operations.
