What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Coordinate care via an in-house referral network to psychiatrists.
• Maintain full clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making using evidence-based standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for consultation and support.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; possession of two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) is required.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.
• Must be eligible for W-2 employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP structured clinical settings.
• Experience with skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
