Salary: $97,325 - $114,500

What you will do

• Lead and supervise a clinical team delivering virtual EAP services to a portfolio of customers.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and professional growth through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of assessments, care management, crisis intervention, and clinical training.
• Monitor caseloads and key performance metrics to meet internal SLAs and operational benchmarks.
• Perform case audits and provide clinical consultation to ensure adherence to best practices and documentation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine clinical models and develop SOPs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15+.
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation.
• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN).
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work consistently from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CEST).
• Proficiency with telephony and clinical documentation tools.
