What you will do

• Deliver fully remote, outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Use established session structures (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups) within clinical standards.
• Collaborate in an integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Rely on operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in the U.S.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
