What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees within G&A organizations.
• Execute employee lifecycle processes and people programs to deliver measurable impact.
• Identify recurring patterns through data and observations to synthesize clear actions for leadership.
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning activities and defensible people decisions.
• Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
• Collaborate with the broader People Team to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, etc.) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.
• Experience in HR business partnering or a similar people-focused role.
• Ability to handle day-to-day employee and manager needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail in managing employee cases.
