What you will do
- Partner with executives and leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and HR policies across U.S. and international teams.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, terminations, and reductions.
- Oversee HRIS data management, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support and improve HR programs, training, and key strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR experience as an HRBP or Generalist.
- International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC).
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and supporting large organizations.
- Strong expertise in employee relations and knowledge of employment law.
- HRIS experience required (Workday preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
