TL;DR

Global People Partner (HR): Driving strategic talent programs and organizational development initiatives with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Focus on partnering with senior leadership to scale HR solutions, leverage data analytics for business outcomes, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote/Hybrid).

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that improve retention, morale, and productivity.
  • Lead performance management processes and coach managers on resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to implement scalable HR solutions.
  • Support workforce planning and budgeting cycles to ensure business capability and capacity needs are met.
  • Analyze organizational metrics and engagement survey results to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide guidance on international employment law and best practices in partnership with legal advisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR, specifically resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred), Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech firm or multinational organization.
  • Experience supporting global teams.
