What you will do

• Lead and support project implementations by configuring applications and training clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure cohesive team performance.
• Monitor project timelines and intervene when milestones are delayed or missed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily timesheets.
• Participate in internal peer training programs to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the subject matter area.
• Ability to work predominantly remotely with occasional travel required.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing project management.
• Professional designations such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN are highly valued.
