What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Assess manufacturing environments to recommend hardware placement and machine connectivity strategies.
• Configure software and support customers through testing, validation, and training.
• Collaborate with plant managers, IT teams, and engineers to ensure successful system adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges during the deployment process.
• Document best practices and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations and industrial equipment.
• Proven project management skills leading complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude with software systems, networking, and system configuration.
• Ability to work directly with customers in industrial and production environments.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Experience with ERP, MES, or machine monitoring platforms like Epicor, SAP, or Plex.
• Knowledge of industrial hardware, sensors, and gateways.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce or Jira.
