What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive customer implementation plans.
• Translate client requirements into successful onboarding experiences.
• Configure customer sites with purchased products and features.
• Execute onboarding plans within a 90-day timeframe.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PowerDMS to lead discussions and resolve client queries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of SaaS technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementation or project management.
• Prior experience with Power platforms.
• Experience supporting public safety agencies.
