What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of cOS engagements, including assessment, implementation, go-live, and sustainment.
• Coach clinical leaders at all levels on adopting standard work and daily management routines.
• Translate cOS methodology into practical, observable behaviors to improve reliability and frontline engagement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to provide workflow insights and identify adoption barriers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through improved workflow design, automation, and integration.
• Contribute to scaling the cOS service line by developing playbooks and repeatable delivery models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical transformation, or performance improvement.
• Proven success implementing operational change in clinical settings.
• Deep experience with daily management systems (e.g., tiered huddles, leader rounding, visual management).
• Ability to coach leaders from frontline managers to senior executives in real-time.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in the United States.
