TL;DR
Change Management Consultant (Consulting): Supporting the business side of IS-led projects by ensuring smooth absorption of technical and process changes across global stakeholder groups with an accent on impact analysis and organizational alignment. Focus on designing communication and training plans and bridging the gap between technical IS terminology and business language.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah (approximately 50% onsite required)

What you will do
- Lead change management activities to ensure the seamless implementation of new tools and processes.
- Conduct impact analyses to identify gaps between current and future states across people, process, and communication.
- Design and deliver comprehensive communication and training plans for stakeholders from line staff to VP/Director level.
- Translate complex IS terminology into actionable business language for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigation within a globally distributed, multicultural environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in change management or project management.
- Background in large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 or consulting firm experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and training facilitation.
- Experience working with global, multicultural teams and adapting to diverse communication styles.
- English: C1 (Fluent) required.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT.
Nice to have
- Experience with instructional design, e-learnings, and blended training formats.
- Familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow.
- Experience working with proprietary enterprise systems under strict cybersecurity constraints.
