What you will do

• Collaborate on the engineering organization's pivot to an agent-first SDLC.
• Manage cross-system integration and interoperability of the org-wide AI workflow.
• Partner with AI Engineering to ensure operational readiness, incident handling, and Go-to-Market readiness.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Drive Technical Program Management best practices and develop software development processes.
• Define and track metrics for quality and performance across complex projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
• Machine learning experience in applied settings where models or AI systems were shipped to production.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI, model lifecycles, and data pipelines.
• Experience designing workflows where AI accelerates execution without compromising quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to all levels of the organization.
