What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring processes from role scoping to offer management for UK Tech and Product teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify capability gaps and align on hiring priorities.
• Map the London tech market and proactively source passive candidates to build diverse pipelines.
• Design and refine interview frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality selection.
• Manage and coach a Talent Coordinator to ensure operational excellence.
• Experiment with GenAI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and overall selection effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
• Proven experience hiring technical roles such as Engineering, Product, Data, or Design.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with experience mapping competitive markets.
• Experience improving recruitment processes and using ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
• Partner mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Resilience and creativity in navigating the London tech talent market.
