What you will do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for UK Tech and Product roles, from scoping to offer management.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing leadership to identify skill gaps and align on hiring plans.
• Proactively map the London tech market and source passive candidates through creative channels.
• Design and implement interview frameworks and best practices to ensure high-quality selection.
• Experiment with GenAI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and selection effectiveness.
• Line manage and coach a Talent Coordinator to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring technical roles such as Engineering, Product, Data, and Design.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and confidence in market mapping.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing market insights and challenging assumptions.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.
• Passion for candidate experience, DEI, and employer branding.
• Must be located in London, United Kingdom.
