What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or GTM roles across EMEA from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates to build diverse, competitive pipelines.
• Conduct structured, rigorous interviews that uphold high hiring standards.
• Collaborate with People Partners and Compensation teams to structure offers and close candidates.
• Utilize data to track pipeline health and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
• Proven track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and experience recruiting across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM functions.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Additional European language skills relevant to the region.
