What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for Sales and Key Accounts roles.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on recruitment strategy and decision-making.
  • Create engaging job advertisements for various channels to attract top talent.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of internal and external referrals.
  • Contribute to data-driven reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically within Sales.
  • Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and managing repetitive recruitment tasks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven KPI tracking.
  • Must be able to work from an office 2-3 times per week.
  • Autonomous work style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in Germany, France, or Spain.
  • Multi-market recruitment experience.
