What you will do

• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and networking.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI roles.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent analysis to support strategic hiring initiatives.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations to assess technical background and interest.
• Track sourcing performance metrics and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent in software engineering, cloud, security, or product domains.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with ATS and CRM tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bristol, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience within SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud infrastructure organizations.
• Experience sourcing across the UK and European markets.
