What you will do

• Own a portfolio of partner deals, managing relationships with C-level principals and intermediaries.
• Run partner qualification processes, synthesizing input from internal finance, technical, and compliance teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including term sheets, fee structures, and hardware payment terms.
• Coordinate technical scoping with architecture and infrastructure teams to produce partner-facing materials.
• Drive legal and contracting workflows, ensuring alignment on NDAs and definitive agreements.
• Manage export-control and regulatory gating, including US export controls and KYC requirements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-party commercial deals in infrastructure, data centers, or project finance.
• Financial fluency to interrogate project models (IRR, payback, capex) and handle partner diligence.
• Technical fluency in infrastructure (compute/GPU, networking, power) to coordinate engineering teams.
• Cross-functional program management experience driving legal, finance, and technical workstreams.
• Precise written English and ability to produce professional partner-facing documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
