What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and support SQL scripts for data conversion and mapping between legacy systems and the hirify.global platform.
• Configure advanced security settings including SSO, LDAP, and MFA to meet client requirements.
• Manage integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware tools like MIRTH Connect.
• Define and document technical requirements and change requests to ensure software alignment with client needs.
• Conduct training sessions for client system administrators on platform functionality and business intelligence reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• University degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases and Web Service utilities (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, PowerShell, or VBA.
• Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ.
• Experience with MIRTH or other middleware tools for HL7 conversion.
• Prior experience with hirify.global software.
• Ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts.
