TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Serving as the strategic technical backbone for high-value enterprise customers by managing program setups, integrations, and configuration optimizations. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Berlin, or Munich (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and optimization to meet business goals.
- Coordinate with Professional Services for complex program changes while maintaining technical oversight.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide technical context to Account Managers to support renewal and expansion efforts.
- Systematically relay customer product feedback to the Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal, from technical admin to C-suite).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness regarding the impact of technical health on retention and renewal.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM provisioning.
- Background in Spend management, AP automation, or ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Workday).
- Experience in a scale-up or post-acquisition environment.
- Proficiency in additional European languages (French, Spanish, Dutch).
