What you will do

• Translate business requirements for CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global operations into designed hirify.global solutions.
• Manage technical delivery of customer implementations, including solution design, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Lead data migration strategies, execution, and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support to certified implementation partners.
• Guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle from design to enablement and go-live.
• Develop AI accelerators and integration patterns to improve delivery consistency across engagements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting or implementation within CPQ, billing, or quote-to-cash domains.
• Strong Salesforce skills, including administration, Apex development, and managed package experience.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and communicate technical decisions in plain language.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and automation platforms such as Tray.io.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Experience enabling third-party systems integrators or implementation partners.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and AI-augmented workflows.
• Knowledge of LLM capabilities applied to RevOps and pricing.
