What you will do

• Design and deploy CRM, project management, and data analytics systems to solve operational bottlenecks.
• Build automated workflows and smart document templates using low-code/no-code tools.
• Lead AI training sessions to embed efficient technology use into daily client operations.
• Gather requirements, present solutions, and manage client adoption throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement high-impact technical improvements.
• Own 1–4 client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high satisfaction and measurable results.

Requirements

• Professional English fluency (B2 minimum) for advising senior executives at US law firms.
• Proven track record in deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, and automation tools.
• Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting, particularly with SMEs.
• Builder mentality with high attention to detail and autonomy in project execution.
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, intense environment with a focus on output and results.

Nice to have

• Experience with specific platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, or BigQuery.
• Experience working with REST APIs for system integrations.
