TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (LegalTech): Driving go-to-market strategy and product adoption for an AI-powered enterprise legal management platform with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric messaging. Focus on executing product launches, optimizing conversion across digital channels, and scaling expansion initiatives to drive NRR.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office). No work permit sponsorship available.

Compensation: $107,500 – $188,400 USD

What you will do

  • Develop differentiated product positioning and value propositions for key target audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches and build structured frameworks for major releases.
  • Own the product narrative across the website and optimize high-impact pages for conversion.
  • Execute integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive campaigns and sales enablement materials.
  • Leverage usage data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York City 3 days per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of leading go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex features into customer value.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or complex B2B categories.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buyers.
  • Proficiency with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity, research, or content creation.
