Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries and accruals.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage full accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Administer spend management platforms and review employee expense reports.
• Prepare audit support schedules and assist with annual financial statement audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the contiguous United States or Canada
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience.
• CPA or progress toward CPA.
• Startup experience.
• Experience with Xero, Ramp, or Bill.com.
• Crypto or fintech industry experience.
