What you will do

• Manage and mentor the General Ledger team, providing professional development and leadership.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely global reporting.
• Oversee the end-to-end AP process, including invoice processing and 1099 filings.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statement fluctuation (flux) analyses.
• Contribute to disclosures and footnotes for external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors to meet critical annual audit deadlines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of G/L experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and multi-currency environments.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Netsuite and Rippling Spend is preferred.
• Must be based in the Bay Area, California for hybrid work.
