Salary: $204,000 – $290,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead a high-performance product engineering team focused on innovation, accountability, and reliability.
  • Implement AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate platform development and operational automation.
  • Develop scalable reliability and risk management capabilities using observability tools and AI.
  • Build foundational systems for service ownership, dependencies, and operational topology across infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Product Engineering to define reliability standards and long-term technical roadmaps.
  • Drive execution for high-visibility cross-functional reliability initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend or fullstack engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
  • Experience working within or alongside SRE or Production Engineering teams.
  • Expertise with observability tools and building software that drives reliability practices.
  • Strong programming background in Python, Kotlin, Java, or similar.
  • Must be based in the US.
