Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco
Compensation: $213,000 - $250,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering team.
- Develop industry-specific collateral and processes to support expansion into verticals like Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Train team members on new platform features and GTM strategies.
- Act as a steward of company culture and operating principles.
- Engage directly on deals to support team success and maintain technical expertise.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of relevant sales engineering experience with a proven track record in management.
- Must have experience selling into Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Energy verticals.
- Strong understanding of GTM sales personas, forecasting, and prospecting workflows.
- Technical proficiency in CRMs, cloud architecture, APIs, and AI/ML concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
