Salary: CA$115,000 – CA$155,000 per year

What you will do
- Own a book of installed base accounts as the primary relationship and commercial owner.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive retention and long-term ARR growth.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with sales ops, finance, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities by connecting platform features to specific business outcomes.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, owning the full expansion cycle.
- Act as the internal voice of customers, providing structured feedback on AI features to product and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS account management or customer success with renewal and expansion targets.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash workflows, recurring reve models, and ARR expansion mechanics.
- Genuine fluency with AI tools in daily workflows and the ability to champion AI adoption with customers.
- Strong commercial instincts to identify business cases and close expansion opportunities.
- Ability to build credibility with technical and financial buyers and navigate to executive relationships.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with CPQ, subscription billing, or reve management platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite).
- Background managing accounts through product transitions or new feature rollouts.
- Familiarity with customer health scoring, NPS programs, or churn risk frameworks.
- Experience driving AI tool adoption within a customer base.
