Salary: $77,180 - $104,420 CAD / year

What you will do
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Develop and execute account plans by conducting discovery sessions to align platform capabilities with customer business challenges.
- Own the net revenue growth strategy, including the execution of renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the quote-to-order process, preparing bespoke pricing proposals and facilitating contract execution.
- Monitor account health using data-driven insights to proactively identify and address churn risks.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consistent success in client retention and growth or experience in Sales, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Experience driving adoption and change management within tech organizations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior management and C-suite Finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Finance Processes and Accounting expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset for personal and professional development.
