What you will do

• Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within data centers.
• Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities.
• Travel regularly to support on-site installations and technical infrastructure expansion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for service operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, data center equipment, and server hardware.
• Proficiency in IT hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly for business.
• Relevant entry-level certifications such as CCNA.
