Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Salary: $202,000 – $261,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end network design lifecycle from customer requirements to deployable architectures.
• Produce topology designs, IP/addressing schemes, and routing policies for front-end, back-end, and storage networks.
• Adapt network architectures to diverse GPU platforms including NVIDIA, AMD, and custom accelerators.
• Translate logical designs into physical reality, including rack elevations, power constraints, and structured cabling.
• Design lossless Ethernet fabrics for RDMA (RoCEv2) with a focus on congestion management and traffic classes.
• Create HLDs, LLDs, cutsheets, and BOMs while leading design reviews.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• Deep expertise in L1 to L3 networking: CLOS/fat-tree topologies, BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• Proven experience designing data center network fabrics from requirements through deployment.
• Ability to design lossless RDMA (RoCEv2) fabrics and manage congestion at scale.
• Strong ability to partner across Hardware, DC Operations, and Software teams.
• Ability to reason from first principles to solve novel design challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with source-of-truth-driven design generation.
• Experience with multi-vendor GPU platform integration.
• Experience with large-cluster (100k+ accelerator) environments.
