TL;DR

Account Executive (Adtech): Driving the go-to-market strategy for the Ad Studio product with an accent on consultative sales to performance marketing and growth teams. Focus on building a new sales playbook, identifying customer pain points in creative production, and scaling the adoption of AI-powered marketing solutions.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Denver preferred).

Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 OTE annually.

What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle sales process for the Ad Studio product within the mid-market segment.
  • Define and refine the sales motion, ICP, and product positioning for a new product line.
  • Engage in consultative selling with performance marketers, creative strategists, and growth leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer challenges related to creative fatigue and production cycles.
  • Build and execute a sales playbook from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving founding team environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI and its application in marketing and creative workflows.

Nice to have

  • Background in adtech, martech, or creative tools.
  • Experience selling directly to performance marketing buyers.
