Location: Must be based in and work from the Menlo Park office 4-5 days per week

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end high-volume recruiting for Video Contributor contractors, primarily in Menlo Park.
• Build and optimize scalable sourcing strategies across Indeed, hirify.global, and other job platforms to increase applicant flow.
• Manage large candidate pipelines from sourcing through screening, offer, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with internal project leads and People Ops to align hiring velocity with production goals.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates across job postings and process design.
• Design and operationalize recruiting systems that can scale to significantly larger hiring needs.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for high-volume, hourly, or contractor recruiting.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting quickly in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Experience sourcing through job boards, marketplaces, and non-traditional recruiting channels.
• Strong operational rigor and comfort managing large candidate funnels simultaneously.
• Willingness to work from the Menlo Park office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in staffing, marketplace, BPO, or large-scale contractor recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for content creation or media operations.
• Familiarity with international hiring or globally distributed contractor programs.
• Startup or special projects recruiting experience.
