TL;DR
Senior Talent & People Specialist (Talent Acquisition/People Ops): Own full-cycle recruiting across the organization with an accent on technical hiring, structured interview processes, and building recruiting pipelines from scratch. Focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and employee engagement as a generalist partner to the People team.
Location: Remote (NYC is always a plus)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end (intake through offer), including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, build scorecards, and run structured interview processes.
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach; maintain recruiting pipelines and ATS data hygiene.
- Report on key hiring metrics and help scale recruiting infrastructure (interview guides, job descriptions, offer processes).
- Support onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance tasks, and policy administration.
- Coordinate culture and engagement programming (events, Lunch and Learns, recognition) and act as a first point of contact for employee questions.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record of running full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting at a startup or high-growth tech company, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch (not only managing inbound applicants).
- Some exposure to HR generalist work (through formal experience or genuine curiosity/initiative).
- Highly autonomous self-starter who takes full ownership of recruiting outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality; collaborative, low-ego working style.
Nice to have
- Experience with people ops tools such as ATS (JazzHR), Slack workflows, or HRIS platforms (JustWorks).
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or workflow automation for recruiting and people-focused processes.
