What you will do

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to foster a candidate-centric recruiting culture.
• Design and execute global TA strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for key strategic roles across multiple functions and regions.
• Optimize recruiting processes, systems, and tools to increase overall efficiency.
• Partner with marketing and People teams to strengthen the employer brand and attraction efforts.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing recruiting teams across multiple geographic regions.
• Significant experience sourcing passive candidates for technical and leadership roles.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in remote and distributed workforce environments.
• Familiarity with international employment markets and global hiring practices.
