TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, California (office attendance 4-5 days per week)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base + target 20% annual bonus

hirify.global is a mission-driven Series B startup building an all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for the hourly workforce.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process across various functions and hiring levels
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outbound strategies
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines and develop compelling outreach campaigns
  • Partner with hiring managers and co-founders to align on candidate profiles and drive hiring decisions
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring forecasts
  • Refine recruiting processes and operational workflows to support company scaling

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, or high-volume recruitment environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive hiring goals
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipelines from scratch
  • Experience using ATS platforms and modern sourcing technologies
  • Must be willing to work from the Menlo Park office 4-5 days per week
  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup

Nice to have

  • Experience in staffing agencies or talent marketplaces
  • Background recruiting for high-growth technology startups
  • Familiarity with the hourly workforce or workforce management industries
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
