What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Execute a field-first sales strategy through daily merchant visits and local community engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to final contract negotiation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Track all sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce.
- Identify untapped market opportunities to align with local customer demand.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales capabilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and OKRs.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
