What you will do

• Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviews.
• Execute post-interview tasks including scheduling debriefs, reference checks, and generating offer letters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring stakeholders.
• Identify and implement data-driven improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience programs.
