What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for G&A teams.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Manage a full slate of 8–10 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.
• Optimize recruiting workflows and internal documentation across business functions.
• Collaborate with coordinators and fellow recruiters to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for G&A roles including Finance, IT, HR, and Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and a data-driven approach to improving outcomes.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace for pipeline management.
