TL;DR

Recruiter II (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for global Go-to-Market teams with an accent on Post-Sales roles and data-driven talent acquisition strategies. Location: Must be based in the United States (New York City office presence expected for hybrid work).

Salary: $35,000–$65,000 (OTE).

What you will do

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for GTM teams, focusing on Customer Success and Global Services.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to final offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Facilitate candidate screening and debrief sessions to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting to optimize the pipeline.
  • Mentor fellow recruiting team members to support continuous team development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in analyzing recruiting metrics for problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience recruiting in the SaaS or Cloud industry.
