What you will do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across phone, video, and onsite formats with high accuracy.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline logistics and manage last-minute changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing prep materials and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene using Ashby, ensuring candidate records and pipeline data are up-to-date.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to coordination infrastructure, templates, and workflows.
