Location: Must be based in New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: $62,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Execute exceptional end-to-end talent searches to attract high-quality candidates in the tech ecosystem.
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen the talent brand through events and creative brainstorming.
  • Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring teams on building better search strategies.
  • Apply a human-first approach to recruiting, using A/B testing for messaging and creative positioning.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics to consistently beat performance targets.
  • Support general operational needs within the People function across various G&A roles.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, operations, or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience operating in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
  • Passion for experimentation and using AI tools to increase operational leverage.
  • Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to communicate effectively with technical builders.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills with a bias toward action.
  • Must be based in NYC, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco and work on-site 5 days a week.
