What you will do

• Monitor station-level metrics and forecast performance risks to ensure business plan delivery.
• Partner with airport leadership to identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Support station openings and re-openings by validating operational readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate business partner transitions and ensure alignment across all impacted stations.
• Conduct regular on-site audits to validate operational consistency and data accuracy.
• Define and measure standard work expectations to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, or Operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, operations performance, or program management.
• Proven experience supporting airline or airport operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site station visits and audits.
